game got removed from my library

Hello GamerDuSiecle, all game purchases or subscriptions are registered to your Microsoft account.

Click on the link below and log in with the account you use to play and made these purchases, then go to your Purchase History and click on Refund/Returned and see if can find your Forza 4 in that section.

Have you checked your purchase history? It will show the status of the purchase there.

Are you definitely using the account they were purchased/redeemed with, sign into your Microsoft account online and check purchase history.

As what I could understand with your issue. you're trying to re-download back a game that you claimed before while its a featured games with gold but unable to do it as it asks you to purchase it now. Well, what I could think of is that while it was featured
as a games with gold for that month, you have assigned another account as your home xbox so you where able to download and play the game back then.

You see, xbox does not remove/delete a game that was already added on an account's licenses. If you already own it, it will show as Already purchased with the date claimed. You could try to get in touch with phone or chat support to check your account license
but I don't think they could do something about it if it does not show under yours. You will need to purchase it to get the license and download it back on your xbox one console.

Please, make sure to make your XBOX the home console of your account.

Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > General > Personalization, and then select My home Xbox.

To make this your home Xbox, select Make this my home Xbox.

Then, please, power cycle your console.

Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.

Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 60 seconds.

Important Be sure to wait at least 60 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

Plug the console power cable back in.

Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.
