Game got removed from my account

First, let's check your purchase, if it is in the history, and it says Completed, it means everything is ok.

After trying this process your windows to check if there is an update to perform.

Go to your windows update and click on get updates

And then go to the Microsoft Store, select More > Downloads & updates > Get updates.

Update everything in both places.

Then try to download the game again.

Try searching for the game on the microsoft page on their website, then on the store and in the app. Try clicking download in those 3 locations.

Hello GamerDuSiecle, all game purchases or subscriptions are registered to your Microsoft account.

Click on the link below and log in with the account you use to play and made these purchases, then go to your Purchase History and click on Refund/Returned and see if can find your Forza 4 in that section.

I only have one email that i use for xbox so theres no possible way it could be on a different account.

Nothing shows up under subscriptions when I click that link.

In that case, you have no Gold subscription on that account. You need to check on which email you added the Gold subscription.

I have the 12 month membership that renews automatically. And it doesnt show up anymore. I also cant check the subscriptions.
