    Game gone from my library


    Back in fall 2016 I had an X360 and I saved "Outlast" for X1. "Games with gold"

    December 2017 I got an X1S Outlast was one of the first games I've downloaded. (And I played It)

    2 days ago I bought X1X and downloaden Outlast.

    Today I tried to play It and It said I am not the owner of the game.

    I am the owner so I thought I'll reinstall It but now the game Is not In my library.

    I have Gold and Game Pass Active.

    p.s. I also tried to ask on reddit

    Lost the game ''Mafia II'' with the console xbox 360.

    This game was received in xbox gold, but now gone from my library of games and its not in the xbox store.

    Have an issue, i got assasins creed black flag with free with gold long ago, havent played it recently but when i tried to today its telling me i need to go purchase it. But i already added it to my library and got it long ago but even on the site its no

    Have you attempted to move it from your old Xbox to your new Xbox? Have you also went to your download history and tried to download it from there?
