    I have a Microsoft account that i use for my office 365,a game was gifted from my account with out consent ? is there anything i can do ?? i have changed my password and nothing else appears to have come out

    Drexas, first of all I am having the same issue. I recommend either going to speak to Phone Support or to Chat Support.

    If this is your child's account, I would also make sure the account is secured from any purchases without your consent as well by setting up passwords for purchases.
