    Game getting deleted


    So i had pre ordered call of duty cold war cross gen bundle and had pre loaded it but a few days later after launch the game wouldnt load and it would say in order to play this game i would need to purchase it so i decided to uninstall the game planning
    to reinstall and see if that would fix the problem and now it is saying i dont own the game and where it would normaly say you own this game in the xbox store it says BUY $69.99 is there anyway to fix this

    Hello Rhino,

    If you remove your account from the console all digital games are tied to the profile. Once you re-download the profile all the games you currently own will still be there. So it is completely safe to remove your account from the console. Make sure you know
    the log in information for the account before removing it though,

    if you completely delete it, you'll lose everything on it.If you mean remove it from your console then no,you'll keep everything.

    Messages are auto-deleted after 30 days. There's no way to recover messages after they have been deleted.

    If profile banned, do you lose access to your digital copies?

    dunno but when you buy or download a game you get that license and the ability to get it back if you delete it but if you get banned that license is revoked and you cannot get it back so as long as you do not delete downloaded content and games you will
    be fine.
