Game Froze

Thank you for keeping us update in regards to this matter. I believe that testing a different network would better provide for us some additional insight to better understand what is behind this network connectivity issue.

Is there anyway you could perhaps try bridge connection? You can connect to your network using either a

PC or
MAC laptop, or perhaps a computer if it is fairly close to you.

Additionally, if you could please try using a different network, such as a hotspot, to see if you reproduce the same results. Please, go ahead and update up on the results of your test.

Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums with this issue. Sorry to hear that your installation of Fortnite isn't completing despite the troubleshooting you've done so far. I recommend you take a look at our support article Troubleshoot
game or app installation problems on Xbox One for any further steps you may have not tried yet.

If you try them and still have the same issue, then I'd go further and
perform a soft factory reset (keeping your games & apps installed) to the console to remove any potentially damaging files on the OS that may be causing this. Please note that this will remove any profiles on the console, so be sure to know your email address
and password for adding your profile back on.

Give the troubleshooting a try and please let us know the results.

I tryed the factory reset and now nothing will launch or install/update.or should i just wait overnight and see if it starts to work. Please help.

Thank you for all the help for trying to figure out this issue. I think its from the storm that is passing in the area. If anything else goes wrong i will be sure to tell yall.

Yes i was able to log into my profile. Yes im connected to the network and now it wont let me update any game and it wont install fortnite.
