    Game Froze During Cutscene and Endless Loading Screen


    Hi. I just bought Quantum Break on Thursday and started playing Friday night and I've been having a couple problems. The game itself is phenomenal. It has amazing graphics and the controls are cool. I finished the first Act then my game quit, I started it
    back up, then the my saved game got erased or something. So I played through the first act again and after every act, there's a long live action episode cutscene that I got through without problems. Then when the second act started up, theres this small non
    live action cutscene that happened and it froze many times for me. I tried to quit the game and then my whole xbox froze. This happened pretty much every time I tried to get through the cutscene. So then I tried to skip the cutscene many times as well and
    then there was this loading screen that NEVER ENDS. I was stuck on it for about 30 minutes until I finally turned my Xbox off then back on. So after all that I chatted with 3 or 4 different people from support and hey all had good methods solutions for fixing
    this problem but because none of them worked. I know it's not my internet. My internet could be better but I can play my other games almost perfectly. And it's not my Xbox because I tried all the solutions like resetting/restarting my Xbox and I tried to clear
    my local saved games and even restarted my MAC Address. The only thing I can say that could be the cause is the game itself but I've seen youtubers play the game at that one part just fine without issues so I don't know what else the problem could be. Any
    help or even the game devs fixing this problem for me would be extremely helpful cuz I've been waiting to play this game since I heard about last Christmas.

    For me it froze on loading screens, bringing up the menu too fast, sometimes when the game went into or coming out of a cutscene

    Battlefield 3 loading freeze

    Im experiencing the same problem as everyone else is with the campaign,i finish the mission "Going hunting" and the end cutscene has no volume,but during the loading screen it stays frozen and clearing the reserve space doesnt work.Im on my Xbox one and
    its a digital copy of the game,i reinstalled but it didnt work,im completely stumped on how to fix this,please help

    Entertaining Bugs/Glitches

    I enjoy some bugs now and then but they mostly otherwise tarnish the experience for me. Just had an annoying one in Gears 5 (a major project no less). Cutscene audio continued to play during a load screen and once resuming play there was no game audio
    until I progressed to reach said cutscene again.

    Fair warning to all... Do not try to close the menu during the load screen after it connects you to live. Totally soft-froze my system. Fantastic day.

    Damn is that the old arcade 360? if so I'm shocked it still works. Yeah mine froze at that screen and then one time on the borderlands press start screen. The rest were during the loading screens while playing he game. But since the patch I haven't froze
    yet.

    Maybe try deleting the DLC and compatibility content and re download it since you now downloaded the patch. Never hurts to try.

    Max Payne 3 feels like a breeze from GTA

    Loading screens disguised as cutscenes was my only issue with it. But it was another good Rockstar game.
