Hi

after the new update of COD MD - my DLC packs of campaigns 1&2 and special ops 1 Shrunken and now the full size of each file is 10.1 MB!!

It doesn't matter what I do, full factory restart for the console or reinstall the game several times, the size of the DLC packs doesn't change, also I have the annoying error of "the store is currently unavailable"...

I have Xbox one and I purchase the game on the Microsoft store,

please help!

no, it's preventing me from plying in any mode,

I have all the 9 DLC packs and still the game load up the same error - "you are missing one or more single player dlc packs. please download and install"

but then I can't get into the store and I get the second error message - "the store is currently unavailable"

I really don't know what else to do...

Follow this step and try looking for the game in the store again. Or click the menu button on the game icon and go to manage game and add-ons, click on the game and see if there is any pack to be installed.

Clean your console's MAC and restart your internet devices.

Network Settings> Advanced Settings> Alternate MAC address and Clear.

The Size of the Content packs is indeed 10.1mb each this is correct

The content packs are just unlock keys it does not need to download has the content is included in the main game.

When you load the game you should be able to select the mode you wish to play ie Multiplayer campaign warzone etc

If the content packs are not installed the game will not load these modes
