Game freezing near Micheal's house

In campaign I just stored a police car inside micheals large garage near his house. If your talking about online then I have no idea.

If you look at the game on your HDD is there a add on called "House of Valor" ?

If so you need to remove it & not add it back.

That was something to do with the discontinued season pass & for some reason it causes freezing issues.

You may have to re install the game again but just make sure not to install the House of Valor add on.

You really aren't missing anything by not having that add on there,just a house near the arena if I remember.

My Hearthfire house constantly freezes me if I'm near the Arcane Enchanter, unfortunately. It's more likely if you take the Soul Gem off it. It's not just there either, I get freezes any time I'm inside it, unless I'm hugely lucky.

That particular DLC also makes loading times ridiculous if you're warping to the house, or loading in or out of it. It gets insane when I load into the house from the main menu.

As a question, does the Hearthfire house constantly respawn? All the contents seem to respawn every time I go back. Does this cause problems with storing/displaying items outside of a container?

If we take the FLEECA non-enterable buildings as an example, does that answer your question? I believe a lot of the interiors you can get into via glitches will be turned into heists. I would find it kinda funny though to rob Micheal, Franklin, or even Trevor's
house though.
