    Game freezes whenever pressing the menu button.


    My game keeps freezing whenever I press the menu button on the start up screen. Just wondering if anyone has any fixes for it?? I've tried re-installing the game, and it still freezes.

    Hi,

    Whenever I turn this on the game just seems to hang for ages when I try to do anything such as...

    • Pressing Start at the beginning
    • Accessing game modes
    • Loading saved game
    • Saving progress
    It freezes so much so that I cannot even access the Xbox quick menu by pressing the Xbox button on the controller.

    The game eventually loads and there are no problems with freezing during the actual gameplay.

    Is this normal or do I have an issue with my Xbox / disc?

    Minecraft Freezing when selecting 'play game'

    Hi, After loading Minecraft for Xbox One, then pressing 'play game' or any other main menu button, the game freezes. On 'play game' the loading cubes run continuously. Anyone else having these issues? Thanks very much, -guy

    Mine have crash issues too. I hope 343 fix this soon with a patch.

    Still having this issue. It won't let me start up other games either (namely CoD). It just gets stuck at the title screen of whatever it is that I open up. Other applications work fine.

    343i have said the update is coming on Wednesday, until then i don't think this issue will be fixed and it's very very annoying!!

    Game freezes whenever pressing the menu button.

    My Xbox One freezes whenever I hit the menu button to start the game too!! I still haven't seen an update available yet, except the update to my game, which didn't fix the freezing problem... I hope this is fixed soon!!!!

    It looks like all the posts are from last year, but mine just started doing it like a week or two ago (Feb 2015), what's going on?!
