    Game freezes when I try and collect rewards!!


    This is the third day in a row that Microsoft Jigsaw freezes when I try and collect the game reward...I can play the games but can't collect the rewards. I have tried restarting the computer...this continues to happen along with intermittent freezing during
    the game...this part has been happening since the last windows upgrade.

    everytime I play my daily changes it freezes when trying to collect my rewards, been doing this for a week what do I do, love this games

    Microsoft Jigsaw freezes

    I have played this for years with no troubles then started to have problems about 3 weeks ago when a puzzle is complete and you hit collect rewards it freezes and you go no further,why is this happening?

    One (and only one) game worked properly for me today (June 22, 2018), where I was able to collect the reward and the game registered as completed. My joy was short-lived, however, when the game froze while trying to collect the reward for the second game...

    Like, I really enjoyed them in Tomb Raider because they had rewards and backstory but I drove myself insane collecting Poes in Twilight Princess. Sixty of them buggers that you have no way of knowing which ones you've missed, only
    available at night, and your only reward is money in a game where money is useless.

    And just to be clear, is the game freezing when you play it or when you try to download it?

    If it’s freezing while you’re playing it, I would probably try deleting and reinstalling the game to see if that works. If it’s freezing up during download, or still continues to freeze while you’re playing it, I will try to do a hard reset on the console,
    leave it unplugged after that for a few minutes, and then try it again
