    Game freezes, sound stutters, kicks back


    I've noticed this when I play ESO and COD IW but occasionally if I'm playing for to long the game will freeze, the last sound stutters, and then I get kicked back to home screen. Has anyone else had this problem? I made sure to check my ventilation and haven't
    noticed anything there.

    Xbox video freezing (xbox one)

    I'm having the same problem with all video apps... Freezes the sound stutters and then shuts off... With Netflix it show cannot play video then shuts off.

    Risk! crashed when connecting to live

    I have had the same problem. As soon as you go to connect to ubisoft servers it freezes and the sound stutters like a skipping cd and then it goes black and goes back to the home menu. Is ubisoft risk server down? Is there any way to correct this?

    Does this happen consistently or at random? It certainly sounds like it may be a heating issue, have you checked to make sure the console isn't too warm to the touch when this happens?

    If you have an estimate as to how often this occurs, please let us know Game freezes, sound stutters, kicks back :)

    yes but this only started happening recently

    Having the same exact issue. Have gotten up to the newest episode (episode 5) and now I’m having the freezing issue. It stutters for a bit and then freezes but the sound continues. Have tried different wifi options, restarting the console, everything :(
