Game freezes randomly

My console is freezes randomly when this game is running, and randomly crashing after completing a match.

Yeah same here my game keeps freezing during the loading screen or randomly

mines freezes randomly as well no warning no color changes of the lights just freeze while im playing and sometimes i wont even load my game that is in great condition :{

I have logged into another user's account on my console and the game still froze when playing under their user account.

2. Select Settings.
3. Select All Settings.
4. Select Account.
5. Select Remove accounts.
6. Select the account you want to remove (the one that’s experiencing the gameplay issue), and then select

Once the account has been removed from your console, download your profile again to create a fresh version of the account data. Here's how:

I've actually already tried that too. I ended up just buying a new Xbox One so that I didn't have to deal with this problem any longer.
