Game Freezes Only in my profile but not others

My Gears Of War2 is freezing When i press start i cleared cache and deleted corrupted Games and stuff and bought a new Xbox360 but the Gears of war2 is only freezing On my profile Please Help.

Can't play Gears of War 2 whit my profile

I do not know why but when I play the GoW 2 with my profile the xbox freezes but only with my profile, when I use any other profile the xbox does not freeze

so far it only has happened with gears of war 2

My game only freezes when on my account not others

I recently bought dead island riptide and i played it for a while and all of the sudden it froze so i tried to reload it and everytime it would freeze on the same main screen and i tried my disc on my consle but with a different account and it worked i tried
everything from deleting all my game save data and even my account nothing seems to work and im upset i wasted my money on this i appreciate any help thank you

Sorry to hear it. Have you tried deleting your profile, clearing the cache 3 times, restarting and then redownloading the profile?

You can clear the cache by going to Settings>System>Storage and highlighting your storage device(s) and press Y for the option to Clear Cache.

game has no other issue on my other profile, only when I use one of my profiles game loads up but as soon as it syncs to the xbox network the game freezes.

if I logout of the profile before the title screen , no issues

Everywhere I searched it states it's a profile corruption

It's 2019 how is this still possible

the game disc into the disc drive.

Note After you insert the disc, the default action is to automatically start the game. If this happens, exit the game and return to the Xbox Dashboard.

From the Home hub, select the game in the drive tray and then press X on your controller.

Select Install. A progress indicator appears while your game is being installed on your hard drive.

Note Installing an Xbox 360 game might take 12 minutes Or Longer!

As I mentioned, the problem is only tied to my Xbox profile, the game is not freezing or anything like that. If I open the game using another profile, it runs normally.
