    Game freezes on menu screen then crashes


    Hi,

    I have played the game up to about 39%, but tonight when I try to launch the game, on the menu screen, the game freezes, with a strange noise, then crashes... and sometimes my xbox reboot.

    I noticed tonight the xbox had installed an upgrade. Do you think it could be related? How can I fix this?

    I noticed part of Xbox Live (Purchase and Content Usage) was down, even though it said all games were working perfectly. Once that was back up and running I was able to load my game with out a problem. While it was down I couldn't even navigate the main
    menu. Hope it helps.

    Halo MCC freezing problems

    Confirmed. Sporadic freezing followed by crash... occurs randomly for me. Sometimes in campaign. Other times in the menus. Once at a loading screen.
