    Game freezes on Game menu


    So when I load up the game and get to the play game/leaderboards/help and options men, I can move up and down between the options. As soon as I select one though, the game freezes. How do I fix this?

    Anyone had issues with freezing?

    Funny thing just happened. Working fine for me this morning. Installed the kinect fitness game. Then it kept freezing on a certain menu. Then it wouldnt let me load up anything at all, not forza, nor battlefield. It would get so far into loading a game or app then freeze. Ive turned it all off and the mains and back on again and all seems fine now.

    they said it's because of maintenance ... it it makes you feel better. I lost about 1 1/2 of building

    Have either of you tried to do a full shutdown of the One? Unplug it from the wall socket, reboot and try again.

    spent a hour with support on this today, full system reset was suggested, have not tried it yet.
