Game freezes on Caddy Screen

I have only added the City course, if that makes any difference.

I have tried rebooting, unplugging, the xbox one, etc., but consistently now the game freezes on the Caddy setup screen.

I managed to add a second perk by trying three or four times and pushing buttons as quickly as possible, and exiting as quickly as possible. But just sitting and looking at the Caddy set up screen to read available perks, it freezes, makes a loud tone,
and eventually crashes to restart the game or put me back on home screen.

This is a new bug, as playing the free version, this never happened.

Game Keeps On Crashing - Please Can We Have A Fix?

I also have this problem, I think it's happening to everyone who tries to play. You can begin to go into a match, once you hit caddy/golfer screen, it freezes and then boots you to xbox dashboard. I love this game, could you please get it fixed. heck, my
hopes being crushed when i see staff reply from almost 3 weeks ago. 3 weeks and no fix??

ive just had this crashing issue too now...never used to before...crashes every single time on the caddy screen..im not in preview program neither.

 

I've talked to a friend, and he's having the same issue. He also said it always crashes on the Rivals screen.

I hadn't tried this yet, and sure enough, it also crashes on Rivals.

He said he tried re-installing the game. Twice. No luck.

I have the same problem with it freezing on the caddy screen, I had hoped that when I bought the full version it would maybe resolve it but it didn't. My boyfriend started playing it though, and he doesn't freeze on the caddy screen while we are playing.
He was able to go in and change his perks just fine and I can't even get to that point.
