Game freezes on black screen during launch

    Game freezes on black screen during launch


    not sure if this is an Xbox issue or an issue with the game. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it multiple times even exchanged the game for a different one still the same thing. I can play other games on Xbox one

    Some people were experiencing the screen freeze and black screen with Black Ops during the outage.

    Are you still having these issues?

    Call of Duty 2 won't launch

    bought black Ops 2 from store. Downloaded and won't launch. Freezes on screen and kicks out to main screen. Tried power down, clearing cache on saved games etc... Any suggestions?

    Bought the backwards comp for Xbox one

    my game does this as well, i got the code from the new battlefield 1 xbox one s. iv contacted microsoft support but to no avail. not sure how to fix this.

    Starfield on my Xbox Series keeps crashing.

    Same here.

    Series X. I can't even get into the game. As soon as I try and launch a new game from the title screen I get a black screen and the loading icon freezes. So frustrating.
