    Game freezes/crashes when trying to 'set sail'


    HELP! The game freezes/crashes when I try to 'set sail' or join a game. Anyone have the same issue or recommend a fix?

    I have the game on disc with Xbox One S.

    I have gone through all the troubleshooting steps with Microsoft Support, short of reinstalling the whole game.

    Sorry to hear that you're dealing with weird game crash situation.

    Since it is crashing and freezing, I'd say that giving the steps on our support page entitled "My Xbox One game won't start or freezes during gameplay"
    a shot would be the best course of action.

    When and if you can, try those out and let us know how that helped in resolving your issue.

    Can't play game on my profile but on others profile

    it could be that your save has corrupted somehow (which could be why the games will work on other profiles but crash or freeze when you try to load your save)

    you could try deleting your save from the Xbox and then letting it sync the save from the cloud

    or, if you aren't worried about your progress, just delete your save and see if it will let you start a new game without freezing/crashing

    I don't think so. My game freezes after almost every match and when it does I take it as a sign that my console is about to crash. As of recently I have been closing out of the game when it freezes and it has prevent crashing a couple of times. Hope this
