    Game freezes before it even starts.


    After putting in the game disc the game goes through the introduction and then the cars launch in the air and freeze. We have an XBox One. How to get the game to work?

    Game only freezes when using my profile

    No, it still freezes. It freezes before I reach the main menu so I don't even get a chance to start a new game.

    Game freezes before it even starts.

    try clearing your cache by holding down the power button on your console for 10 seconds.

    Retry afterwards.
