Game freezes and kicks meOut

Where are you facing this issue, on Xbox or PC?

If it's on Xbox, which one do you have?

Are you receiving an error code or something when the game kicks you out? Or it simply crashes?

Please tell me briefly what did you tried so far, in that way I can advise you different things or how to proceed.

By the way, when did you say "restart" are you referring to power cycle your console?

If not, please try all the above, together

1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.

2. Unplug the console's power cable from the console and from the power outlet. Wait 5 minutes.

Important: Be sure to wait at least 5 minutes. This step resets the power supply.

3. Plug the console power cable back in.

4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

After that, try to remove and re-add your profile on the console.

Also disconnect your router from power for about 3 minutes. Then connect it again an when everything is working, try again

it's absolutely terrible man. it picks up *** it isn't supposed to. randomly turns my tv channels. i've had it kick meout of games several times to the dashboard when my wife was on the phone....prolly will disable it and just be dissapointed.

You say... the game freezes when trying to go to Single Player as well? Does the game itself freeze or does it kick you off Xbox LIVE? If it is the game itself freezing, there could be a problem with the disk, but you say you have tried exchanging games.
Your Xbox could be at fault if both disks did not work, but that is if you got the game to freeze and NOT got kicked off of Xbox LIVE. Have you tried single player on both disks? We could have two separate issues here.

Are the fans kicking in before the freeze?

I had freezing right as the aftermath mission in campaign started and in multiplayer on the maps Solar, Terrace, and Detroit it would freeze a few seconds into the game play and kick me back to dashboard
