    Game freezes, and does not even work after a restart


    Technical details: I have an XBOX ONE S (All-Digital Edition), and playing with Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon: Breakpoint. I'm connecting to the internet via ethernet cable. I'm playing with my friends, and using the xbox's voice chat. My headset is connected
    to the controller.

    The problem: The problem starts with the voice every time. I can either hear nothing, or really rugged noise. The game control is usually good, but pressing the xbox button does nothing. I can play like this for a little bit longer, and after that, the game
    freezes. Then, I restart the console with long-pressing the button on the xbox. After launching the game, it usually freezes again. It does not react to the xbox button on the controller again. But when I plug-out the ethernet cable, it suddenly starts working
    again, the xbox menu appears (as a result of pushing the button earlier).

    My friends do not experience this problem, and neither me with different games. I tried to re-install the game several times, but it did not help.

    What could be the problem?

    I have 2 ethernet cable, one running to my laptop and one to my xbox one. I don't experience problems on my laptop (but I don't use it for gaming, so it does not really need as stable connection as the xbox), but the problem is still present with the other
    eternet cable on my xbox. Do you know a tool for checking the stability of the connection for either windows or linux?

    Have you checked that the Ethernet cable isn't broken or anything?

    No. Rebooting or restarting does not work. This is the only game with the issue. It's not a freezing issue … it's a 'won't actually load the game' issue.

    ive been having the same issue. works on my account. crappy on my wifes account after a couple hours. starts freezing, button lag, freezes if its on the pause menu too long. restarts fine then starts messing up again after an hour. it screen skips also.
    does things that I don't do.

    ye when ever it does work for a bit, everything is slow on it, games load slow or freeze? sometimes ill even freeze in the dashboard for 30 seconds, it is strange
