Game freeze on Xbox app on Windows 10

I have an issue with XBOX app on Windows 10 Home

PC spec: i7 6700k, GTX1080, 16GB Ram, Windows 10 installed on SSD drive

When I run xbox app and try to stream game from my Xbox to PC I have really annoying game freeze. It doesn't allowed me to play normally on all the xbox games.

XBOX One and PC are connected to same network, and has acces to the internet. Problem appears also when Xbox is connected via LAN and WLAN.

When I play just on Xbox one without using stream app on XBox app everything works fine.

Issue appears on any kind of streaming quality.

Booth PC and Xbox has static IP.

I already reinstalled my Windows and same issue appears.

On Xbox device NAT type is open

When I've checked Xbox app settings then I have information that NAT type is moderate and delay is 34ms. On Windows settings in Gameing tab XBOX Network operation NAT converter type is average deleay is 179ms. Can you please help me to resolve this problem?

Steps which you send me are for PC games, not for Xbox games streamed on Xbox app under Windows 10.

but to clarify:

Step 1 done

step 2. done

step 3: all the updetes are installed

step 4. What kind of requirements have to check on XBOX? I just run Fifa 18 on XBOX and it works fine. just when run it through Xbox app on Windows it freeze

Step 5. as I said connection is ok,

step 6. Done did it on differnt accounts

step 7 done even it is not Xbox device issue

Step 8 no it is not banned because I can play on Xbox device

Small update I have less freeze when I used xbox controller connected to Xbox one, then when I used Xbox controller connected to my PC

I've checked every possible solution on microsoft webpages, also on forums. I have this issue for one month, So I did everything what begginer user and advance users can do

I worekd for technical support for one of the vendor for more then 4 years so got som knowledge how to resolve the problem. I did all my best to resolve it by my self

buyt ofcourse I understand that you have to ask me to do the simple steps

any of those steps doesn't work for me. As I said I tried every solution available on Microsoft pages. From steps which you send me just one of them could meet my problem. but it is for wireless connection, but my PC is connected with LAN cable. So, no it still
doesn't work correctly.

Thanks for the reply! Unfortunately, you will need to click the install to download any digital content for PC.

If you have a Windows 10 device, you can now use the Xbox app to connect to the Xbox Live service.

If you have Windows 10 there actually is no need for the Windows Live app anymore. That app is to play games on Xbox Live if you had any of the earlier versions, like Windows 8.1 or Windows 8.

Windows 10 has the Xbox App programed into the operating system and that's how you link your computer with the Xbox Live Services. You just simply sign into your account there and the computer is now linked.

When Xbox App works on Window mode it works partly ok, less freeze then on Full screen mode.

It seems that you've already tried multiple troubleshooting steps to have this resolve. We need to know if this has something to do with the Internet connection, Windows update or with the Xbox server itself. For us to isolate the
problem, we would like to know if you're able to stream games using the same device before. If so, does it give any error messages now when you're trying to stream on the same PC. Also, did you make any changes on the computer prior to this issue?
