Game freeze on startup !

So the only game I am having a problem with is Rainbow Six Siege. As soon as i get to the startup screen it freeze and kick me back to Xbox menu.

What have been tried so far :

-reinstalling the game : didnt work

-clearing xbox cache : didnt work

-delete my xbox account then reuploading it : didnt work

Cd is like brand new

Note that I can play this game on the same console with my second account .

If anybody have a fix for this let me know , I am desperate.

Freezing on boot up, new thermal paste?

360 fat model freezes on startup and mid game, will new thermal paste help this problem?

 

360s Console Freezing / Black Screen

I have a similar problem, such as the Black Ops freezing after a certain amount of ingame time. Do all your games freeze? Some of my games freeze at startup, and others gave graphical glitches, while others freeze after entering gameplay. Whats really weird
is that FIFA 10 freezes at startup, but FIFA 11 doesn't freeze at all.

Hi! You should try these options as they might fix the issue:

1) Perform a hard reset/power cycle: Restart or Power Cycle Xbox One Console

2) If above didn't work, give the factory reset with keeping your games and apps (so that you don't have to install them again) a try:

Theres not much else you can try, but a soft reset, clean your game ( if using disk ), or try clearing storage space. A very over-looked diagnosis for game bugs is your storage space.

 

Still have 277GO of free space

 

I had the same problem with another game and try this fix:

- Uninstall the game without the disk inside;

- Put the disk;

- Now the important thing, will appear a window saying that the game as updates available, and you will have 2 options, "Update during the installation" or "Update Later", here you need to choose "Update Later"
and just let the base game be totally installed.

- When the installation finishes, take the disk out and update the game without the disk inside (the update will be available on the updates tab)

- When the update fully finishes, and ensure that the game dont have any pending update, put the disk and see if fixed;

This seems some kind of bug when you have a physical copy installation the updates at same time.

 

Tried the soft reset and It didn't worked
