Game freeze every minute

I have the same problem and I have a r3 alienware game system, every few secs up to a few min, it freezes, exit out then back in, happens again... Your not losing your mind.

Does the game consistently freeze around the same area in the game?

Does it freeze every two to five minutes on a new game save?

Did it freeze before the game was installed to the HDD?

I totally get the notion Microsoft Corporation does not earn enough money to provide customers with an add free experience so they [the Corporation] must bill their customers for the cost of advertising should said customer opt to go for an add-free experience
at the low (in their eyes) , low bargain price of $120 bucks a year. However, I now get the feeling Microsoft is attempting to FORCE customers to take such an option. The problems with the puzzles app has EVERYTHING to do with advertising. If you will note
(assuming your experience is similar to my own) when the advertising screen goes "black" to load a new advertisement every thing locks up...a couple of minutes (OR MORE!!!) later, the advertisement section flashes "white" at which time everything works for
about 30 seconds to 1 minute, then the process repeats. I've been timing it and a couple of times my wait time was 5 minutes down for every 30 seconds up. This went on for a few hours. This has gone on so long, I don't think Microsoft has any intent to
correct the problem. Color me as UNHAPPY and A LOT UPSET!!!

I am using Windows 10, and jigsaw is freezing every few minutes. are there any solutions?

using latest update in Win 10 puzzle freezes regardless of puzzle size. close out and open app and and experience same symptoms!

very frustrating love the app before the upgrade to larger puzzles. never had the problem before!
