I bought the xbox live with gold at 2014/12/19.it says that it would sent two game: Max: The Curse of Brotherhood and Zoo Tycoon for free.But I still did not received the cod of email. what's wrong with this purchase,please tell me.

There's a Games with Gold promotion, but currently the games being offered for free to Gold subscribers are SSX (Xbox 360) and Worms: Battlegrounds (Xbox One).

So, per this link (www.xbox.com/.../Live) if you renewed online you need to log into your Xbox One console and then check your email. You should check your Spam, Junk and Trash folders
just in case it ended up there.

If you bought the code at retail, you need to scan the receipt and attach that to an email to this address: xbox@grandsky.hk
