    Game for gold Help!


    Ok so I've been trying to get this month's game for gold, "Burnout Paradise", but every time i click on it, instead of it being free it keeps asking for a payment of, "£14.99 including VAT"! I've tried both via the browser and on the console to acquire it.

    I've been able to download the Xbox one games, "Outlast" & "Sleeping dogs" no problem. I've spoke to tech support who advised me to re-download my profile, no help what so ever! Both of the operatives i have spoken to, also said that this wasn't an isolated
    incident :/ Any suggestions?

    Games with gold help

    Usually on the Dashboard every month there will a featured box that shows the free games for the month. If it's not on the main page, it will be at the games section. If you still can't locate it then just do a search for it.

    loggin with your gamertag/account and put the games in que it will download if you are away and or as soon as you start up xbone it will be in the apps/games

    i seem to always go this route

    XBOX ONE - SUDDENLY ASKING FOR XBOX LIVE ON ALL GAMES

    Some game xbox game you have to have gold but some games you dont need gold for I hope this helps

    I can´t download a free game, shop timeout

    Status Gold is active! Multiplayer works. Discounts in the store no, games on gold do not work says buy gold. Resetting to factory settings did not help.
