    hello, I have a little problem, when I download some game bazzar Xbox is completely discharged, but when I start it reached certain parts of the game says "can not read the disc, try cleaning it with a soft cloth".

    credentials? isnt that like your accont info?

    Try to go on xbox.com and sign into it and see if u have any messages. might just need to verify an email or something

    Sorry to hear you're having issues playing your games.

    There are a couple of things that will help us better understand your situation:



    • Are you using disc games or Games on Demand when you get this error?
    • Does this happen with all your games?

    I would also recommend checking out our
    Disc Drive     troubleshooter for some possible suggestions depending on what you're seeing.

    Please let us know and we'll work from there.

    please consider that Borderlands was free to play with Gold only from April 4 to 7, so if you haven't purchased it you won't be able to play it.

    2. What is the error code that comes up?
    3. Am I to understand that you don't have a hard drive connected?
