    Have you bought the game with the same account you are trying to play?

    If different account, the account that bought the game have your console as home console?

    Can you try to power cycle the console and restart the game? Hold power button for 10+ second until console goes off.

    To fix this, please perform a power cycle on your console by following the steps below:

    POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

    1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

    2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

    If that didn't work may I ask if this works before?

    they cannot even give us a correct xbox.com website let alone aything worth over £400.

    nothing you do on the xb1 shows on the xbox.com website which to me shows how unready they were to release the console as how hard can it be to give us an up to date website so we can access our xb1 stuff online.

    Also, have you tried using a different disc game to check if it's an issue with the disc game or the disc drive?
