    I recently bought a used 360, got my old profile onto it and downloaded all my old games, several of them (borderlands 2, skyrim, fallout NV) were giving me the cannot start error, i deleted them and did a license transfer to the new console, and deleted
    and re download the system update, i also cleared ask caches and then re download them which is everything the xbox support site says to do, but i am still getting the same error message. I know it isn't my hard drive because other games i downloaded work
    just fine, can someone please help me.

    I have recently purchased Minecraft for the xbox , and a long time ago i bought Supreme Commander 2 (both digital, downloaded copies). Both have the same "Game could not start. Please try downloading again" error. I have tried redownloading Supreme Commander
    2 multiple times and it still wont work. Someone please answer because i hope i didnt waste 60$ on both of these games together.

    Have you tried deleting the games, then clearing the system cache before redownloading? If I remember right this can be done through Settings > Storage. Hope this helps.

    That is a strange issue. What hard drive do you have, is it official? Try using the system without the hard drive attached and download a demo or an arcade game direct to a USB flash drive, does the download work?
