Game DVR with no sound

For some reason I cannot record game clips with sound anymore. I've tried the "Xbox record that" shortcut and also directly from the Game DVR (end clip). It was working before because I have a Forza 5 clip with sound (recorded a few months ago). However,
my latest Forza 5 and Titanfall clips don't have sound at all.

What can you tell me about it? Is this a known issue? Do you know when this is going to be fixed?

There is no sound in Grand Theft Auto IV Game DVR clips

Since GTA IV was made backwards compatible on Xbox One, I noticed that every time I watch a clip recorded with Game DVR, there is no sound. There are no sound problems with Game DVR clips of other games.

when i record nba 2k15, the video is recorded with sound.but when i record orochi warrior 3 ultimate,the video is no sound. any suggestions?

 

Same problem just bought the system 2 days ago and been doing clips from titanfall and none of sound.. Along with my headset sometimes just stops working so maybe its just titanfall in general

 

Same problem here. Clips I create now don't have audio and most of the new release community clips in the upload app lack audio as well.

 

Same here. My last couple Titanfall clips have no sound.

 

Also having the same issue. A week ago everything was working fine, but over the last week my clips for Titanfall and NBA 2K14 have had no audio.

 

I just talked to Microsoft Support and they have no answers to this issue. We tried the "power reset your Xbox one console by unplugging all the cables and cords connected to it and leave them for 2 minutes", and we also tried "Please go to Settings >> Disc
& Blu-ray >> Persistent Storage >> Clear Persistent Storage. Please do this step for 3 times. After you have done clearing Persistent Storage, please go to Settings >> Network >> Advanced Settings >> Alternate MAC >> Clear Alternate MAC >> Restart."

None of it worked, so I think the new 'algorithms' did something to the audio.

I have the digital version of Call of Duty and my NAT Type is Moderate, so those two things might be restricting the game dvr.

So administrators and engineers get to work and give us a new update to fix this problem.

 

I've had the same issue tonight, also with Titanfall clips.

I've used Game DVR a lot before this with no issues

 

I've been having the same issue for two weeks now, tried recording Titanfall and Metal Gear Solid Ground Zeroes clips with the Game DVR and Record That function and none come out with sound.

 

It's the patch that just rolled out. They "Improved" the DVR feature & as we are coming to expect, they take 1 step forward & 2 steps back on the improvements.

 

I am having the same problem. Combine this with my Turtle Beach X32s not being able to hear my party issues and it just becomes frustrating.

 

Can you guys hold the power button on the front of the console for ~10 seconds to power down the console, wait 15 seconds, and then power back up? Then reply back if that doesn't fix the issue?

 

That didn't fix it, however I noticed my clips lacking audio (only with Game DVR while Turtle Beach X07s where plugged in) as well after the recent update, my fix that worked today...plug in controller, remove batteries (I tried with batteries and it failed),
update controller again and now it works for everything. Hope it works for others! ( I also cleared persistent storage but I doubt that did it.

 

Same as above. Am on the beta preview. So am expecting some bugs. Please fix.
