Game DVR suddenly stopped working all together

My DVR has been working perfectly up until about a week ago. Basically, the first thing I noticed was the fact that my screenshots and recording shortcuts stopped appearing (double tap Xbox button, then hit 'y' or 'x' respectively), the buttons weren't in
the menu and they stopped showing up all together.

My first thought is that the DVR may be full, its been awhile since I cleaned it out. So, I went to the actual DVR app. When I try to open the app, it sits in an infinite loop of loading and never actually opens up any of my media. I'm not really sure what
is wrong or how to fix it. I even tried going to the smartglass app on the PC with it connected to the Xbox, but I don't think that picks up the media stored on the drive. Just stuff shared on Live. I need to get DVR up again so I can continue recording dank
videos of PvP in Elite Dangerous.

0x8232301e Game DVR not working

My game DVR suddenly stopped working a few days ago and I haven't been able to find a solution that works anywhere. a few days ago the dvr was going crazy and recording tons of clips on its own while I was playing Battlefield 4 single player. double clicking
the Xbox Guide button doesn't bring up the DVR or screen shot option at all and the snap an app game DVR gives me the error code 0x8232301e.

Error number "2184327175" and I can not run the video cameraman

Hey there!

Let's see if we can get your DVR working again. First thing you'll want to try is to

power cycle your Xbox One console. That can help a myriad of issues and hopefully will fix this for you. If that doesn't work, try

reinstalling Upload Studio.

One of those two should hopefully help but if not, post back and let us know so we can try something else!

The old Xbox gives lots of game discs a bad ring around the center. It's just a problem with the xbox, and usually installing the game is the solution so maybe you could pick up a $15 16 gb usb?

Hey, the most common issue with incidents like this is your laser isn't picking up the disc. I recently owned the original white Xbox aswell and my laser just have out. You can most likely get this fixed by someone in your local area but it could be pricey!
I recommend buying a new Xbox.
