Game DVR "record that" audio out of sync with the video.

Same problem here. Where can we address this problem as a group DIRECTLY to Xbox support? Whining about it in forums doesn't really help imo..

 

Having the same issues, too. And I'd also like to know if there is any way to address this to xbox support, because the chat-support just tells me the same things they told you guys (reset, delete profile...) and none of it worked. It's a shame Microsoft
doesn't take this seriously...

 

GeneralSub said, that the clips aren't out of sync when played on the xbox website. I CAN'T confirm that! When I watch my Clips on the Xbox website they are exactly the way out of sync they are on Xbox One. So my guess is, the problem is the recording itself,
as the clips seem to be recorded out of sync.

 

look back about 9 posts to what I said about 2 months ago... hard reset your XB console... if that does not work.. try hard resetting your router

 

Yes it happens when you do clips faster after another.

They are already ion it because now there is a lil delay before it pops up the recorded notification.

I twill still record the following ones tho.

 

I think the delay is only temporary till its fixed.

Its only hiccups they always update it so should be fine soon.

 

Temporary my ***, this has been a problem for months, if not years now. Skipping parts of the video is also a problem. Sometimes it just skips a few sec, really annoying if it happens during the "moment surpreme" of the video you just made.

 

Having the same problem.never used to happen.

 

Bump. Problem has become a little less for me but during big clips the video still jumps back and forth in time, which basically ruins the intense moment you want to show.

 

Hi, I have recently had this same problem when recording clips on my Xbox One. The audio for two clips I recorded last night were about 2 to 3 seconds delayed from the video. I tried to not let it bother me, but after the problem hadn't seemed to go away
today, I researched it a bit to see if there was anything I could do. What worked for me was deleting the two clips that had delayed audio in them, then I shut off my Xbox, turned it on again and fired up GTA online to record some clips and see if the audio
was synced. I took a picture using the Snapmatic app on the in game phone and took a picture. When you take a picture it gives you a shutter sound when the camera takes the picture. This is a good way to see if your audio is synced. The audio on my clip was
perfectly synced and the problem hasn't come back. I recorded 3 clips today, and the audio is perfectly synced. I'm not sure if deleting the badly synced clips solved the problem or if shutting of the Xbox and unplugging it did the trick, but maybe these tips
can help some of you guys with this issue. I know it sucks having to delete some game clips, but it worked for me and maybe could work for you. Good luck!
