Game DVR "record that" audio out of sync with the video.

    Hello,

About a week ago the audio is not in sync with the video when i record a game clip. Does anyone know why this is happening? It really stinks now that there are some games to record and upload to friends. The audio not syncing with the video ruins
    the sharing experience big time.

    :)

A half a day with upload studio.

yeah the in game audio, if my TV is up loud does that mean the DVR is recording the audio equally as loud?

    [/quote]

No, your specific TV volume will not change the recorded volume of in-game sound on DVR. With certain external video editing software, It seperates the video track from the audio, allowing adjustment of sound level, as well as the adding of more audio tracks
(I.E., music, voice-over, etc), in which custom adjust of volume can be made as well.

Upload clips audio out of sync

Whenever I record a gameplay clip on xbox one, the audio is out of sync with the video.

NAT is open and various restarts have not resolved the problem

Im having the exact same problem with Game DVR, every time I record a clip there is either no sound or the sound is out of sync when I play it back. I have tried the "hard reset" method by holding the power button for 10 secs, ive tried deleting and reinstalling
Upload Studio, and I have even unplugged everything, still no sound or sound sync issues with Game DVR. Please address this

This has been a problem of mine for a while. I've also looked around elsewhere and see that others have the same problem. Support tells each of them to do the same thing and nothing helps. Apparently this problem falls on deaf ears since I do not see an
official response anywhere on the internet.

Those of you with those problems, would you mind posting your physical audio setup? This might determine whether certain audio devices might be delaying the sound the Game DVR records. Or vice-versa. Perhaps we should also post what kind of screen you are
    using, and video cables.

I am using Tritton AX720 headphones, optical sound goes through an amp then to my headphones. I am using a samsung 22" LCD monitor, hooked up with HDMI-to-DVI.

I do not know how the Game DVR works, but these kinds of specs I am sure Xbox can not determine remotely. Hopefully this catches attention as Game DVR is a huge part of Xbox One draw.

  7. Not sure if this works for all of you but. I had a similar problem when I recorded a clip; the audio and video where not in the same place, uninstalling nor a factory reset had no effect however, deleting the clips that started this issue kind of work?

What I'm saying Is; try to delete any clips that might of have any audio sync issues. I only had 2 since this happened and didn't record since until now, again this is not full proof but It definitely worked on mine.

And for how it happened? probably is because I told my Xbox to "record that" 2-3 times consecutively and may have messed up when It was trying to record both clips a the same time affecting the audio sync issue we had, somehow.

Game DVR "record that" audio out of sync with the video.

One thing I've found out is this.. Clips that are out of sync when I view them on my Xbox One are not out of sync when I view them from my profile on the Xbox website. This issue is most likely due to the Xbox One video codec.

  9. I've had the same issue, at first it was only about a second out of sync. Then i tried the suggested methods from microsoft support, two different ones:

    1) Remove profile from the xbox

Blu-ray settings > Persistant storage > clear persistant storage (repeat 3 times)

Download profile back on to console

Turn off and pull all the leads out and leave 2 minutes, then restart.

    2) Blu-ray settings > Persistant storage > clear persistant storage (repeat 3 times)

Settings > Network > Advanced Settings > then into the MAC address and clear that

Have also tried the hard reset several times with no effect.

After trying these two suggestions the video and audio is now roughly 2-3 seconds out

Mines out of sync too. After talking to xbox support on twitter and trying the things they suggested including resetting back to factory defaults they finally sent me a survey to fill in to collect info on the problem, So keep talking to support and hopefully
    it can be fixed soon.

I am sorry I have no help for you, but this I have the same problem and it never used to be like this, all my clips from Destiny, Halo, Forza Horizon, Tomb Raider and beyond are all video/ audio out of sync. I am hoping they will fix this.

try a hard restart of your XB1 (Hold down power till it turns off.. unplug till PSU go dark, plug back in and turn back on) if that does not work, try to restart your router

    Same problem again with me.

Sometimes the amount it is out of sync is ridiculous - it can be up to a few minutes.

Some other videos aren't as bad, but this is a really annoying problem.

I really hope this can be fixed soon.

Having the same issue. It's a shame a feature like this is having these kind of issues still. Instead of trying to add new features, they should try to optimize overall performance of already existing features such as Snap and overall responsiveness of the
    console.
