    Game DVR not working with AMD Radeon R7 200 series


    I spent a fruitless hour with Microsoft support trying to get an AMD Radeon R7 200 series card on my MSI i7 motherboard to record with Windows 10. The card is listed as supported and there was no way that I have been provided to res anything by support.
    So I am stuck as to why it doesn't work. I will gladly provide any specific system information to anyone who knows what they are talking about. It seems those with knowledge about Game DVR are at a minimum as are the links on Google.

    I have the same problem. I have AMD Radeon R7 200 Series.... XBOX fix it, please....

    Game App won't let me record on PC despite having minimum requirements.

    I want to record games using the Game App. It says I can't and I need a Video card AMD Radeon R7 or above. I have two AMD R7 cards:

    1x AMD Radeon R7 Graphics

    1x AMD Radeon R7 + R7 200 Dual Graphics

    Why won't it let me record when I have the required hardware? I'm lost, so any help will be mucho appreciatado.

    Also, I just tried to log in for a live chat and it wouldn't let me put my name in the required fields. Greyed out boxes, but wouldn't let me connect without putting my name in.

    If you had read the response to this post you would have seen I posted this very link and had verified, I might add with Microsoft Support, that the card that I own, the AMD Radeon R7 200 series is listed on this page. The card is also listed in the title
    of this post and you could have checked that for yourself as well. I really wish there were people who actually supported this....

    Thank you for your reply, upon checking the link the only R7 video cards that are good for Game DVR on Windows 10 are Radeon R7 260, R7 260X and R7 360. May we have the specific video card model that you are using?

    If you had read the response to this post you would have seen I posted this very link and had verified, I might add with Microsoft Support, that the card that I own, the AMD Radeon R7 200 series is listed on this page. The card is also listed in the title
