Game DVR not working on GeForce 620 2GB

Even though Microsoft themselves say it works with 600 and up, I can't record clips on my PC. Only the screenshot tool works.

My GPU is Nvidia Gt 1030 so later than Geforce 600.
So why my game says your hardware does not support Game DVR?

 

No way to allow Game DVR?

I'm running GeForce GT 620 and am unable to utilize the recording feature despite the requirements:

•NVIDIA: GeForce 600 series or later, GeForce 800M series or later, Quadro Kxxx series or later.

I even looked into the models of GeForce and the model is a GeForce 600 series.

 

The GT 620 was just a rebranded 500 series card and is a budget card for a reason...by now the last gen GTX 700 series cards should be coming down in price enough for you to buy...if you're just playing something like the sims 2-3 or even something like
Civ 5, that card will suit you just fine, but if you plan to play something like elite dangerous or even GTA V at high or even ultra settings, you're better off picking up something in the GTX category of the geforce 600 series or later since those cards are
sooo much beefier than the budget category that is your rebranded GT 520 w/ 48 cuda cores and a whopping power draw of 48 watts

 

That's why this is a problem, this is a GTX 620 graphics card.

I hate to burst your bubble but even on Nvidia's GeForce site, if you go to the Desktop GPU's and select the 600 series, the first GTX series card is an OEM 645. If you really want to get technical, the first true consumer GTX card in the 600 series is
