    Hello! answers forums advice me to post here!

    I was using windows 10 technical preview and I was able to record games with the xbox bar, now I upgraded to windows 10 and I cannot.

    Using AMD radeon hd 6950.

    I know it says I don't meet the requirements, but I was able to use it in technical preview..

    Game DVR

    Game DVR has been working well, love it. But I did newest updates for windows and trimed one video and it makes app crash now every time I open DVR section. APP will open fine but once DVR section is selected it crashes and closes. It opened fine the first
    time but once I trimmed one video, it no longer works. Game DVR not working but did it on Technical Preview :(

    Game Bar Not Launching

    Hi. On Windows 10 The Game Bar Is not working. I installed Windows 10 on 11/25/15 and it has been 2 days and i was able to record and upload to YouTube. Right now i'm running a SFC test on cmd and it's not done. Game DVR is enabled but i'm not able to record

    Action Center Isn't working Because when i pressed windows key+ G It Showed A Warning Sign. Overall, I Can't use Game DVR and These Are My Suspicions

    April Update Beta Issues

    Since the March update I have been unable to record with Game DVR. But since getting the April preview I am unable to use Game DVR at all. I have done all suggested methods to resolve this but nothing has worked.

    So did one final test before I did. I disconnected the console and hooked it up to another TV and the game dvr and Xbox record that function worked perfectly. Is there any reason why it'd work on one TV and not another. The TV it worked on is a current model
    Vizio and the one it didn't work on was an older Panasonic. Both have hdmi inputs. Is there any reason the older TV would render the game dvr useless.

    I'm in the technical preview and although its a great new OS, it is far from being finished. Especially the Xbox stuff.

    DVR not recording sound

    IF the game plays audio fine, and you then start the DVR recording then you should record audio fine. This is not the case since they did that 1404 update.

    I found that if you did a reset the DVR was recording audio again.

    Power down the machine. Unplug the power from the back till the power block light

    changes to orange. Plus back in, and reboot. It worked for me.
