Game DVR Error: "Sorry We Couldn't Record That (0x82323012)"

I had this problem like a month ago. I tried everything listed above. Then I found a very simple solution. Well one that worked for me at least.

I deleted old game clips saves Since then I've had no problem with recording anything.

When I first had my xb1 it recorded since I turned it off and now turned it back on after updates it wont record either

Im having this issue as well, with both boxes checked off in preferences and everything enabled in privacy settings

I have noticed that a workaround in the comments from
xbox one wont record game dvr error 0x82323012 and you can follow the method to fix this problem by deleting some videos in your upload studios.

Note You may get this error because some games disable the recording of gameplay by default. You won't be able to make clips of these titles.

Solution
To resolve this problem, make sure that you have enabled game captures on your console. Here's how:

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
Select Settings.
Select All settings.
Under Preferences, select Game DVR & Streaming.
Select Allow broadcasts and game captures.

Also are you using an Adult account on the console or child or custom if custom please try using adult
