Game DVR download issue

Discus and support Game DVR download issue in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I can not download a shared video. The app crashes without any message and returns to desktop.     Game DVR issue

    Is anyone having problems with their Gameclips uploading to xbox live or is it just me?

    Every time I hit record it gives me this message "Gameclip upload to Xbox Live failed".

    Now I went and talked to a support agent a couple days ago and they didn't know it was a problem. I did every step she told me, even factory resetting my console... and I am still having this problem 72 hours later after doing the factory reset...

    She said it may be a glitch due to the summer dashboard update but she wasn't 100% sure. Please feel free to comment below if you know how to fix this if you've personally dealt with this problem or also have this same problem.

    UPDATE: This only happens on my main account, I just logged into my side account and I am not experiencing this issue at all.. So now I'm really confused..

    Sounds like the issue comes from the DVR portion of the app. Try the steps on the

    game DVR on Xbox app     page on our website and let us know if the issue persists!

    Tried talking to ambassador support and it cut off while we were talking... Also spoke to phone support and was pointed to insider support. No progress so far
