    Game DVR Distortion


    All of my gaming clips are recorded with pixelated distortion, such has been the case since purchasing my Xbox One S when it was released. I play on a 4K Tv and have two HDMI cords connect as I’m running my cable through the One S as well. My GT: is Mike
    Swoop for visual eveidence. It really sucks and takes away from my gaming experience.

    I've had this issue in the past, it's sometimes caused by a games in-game lag / loading screens

    Hi there!

    Are you seeing the same type of reduction on clips on the console, app, and
    profile?

    To be sure, are you using a third party recording device with your console?

    Does this happen with multiple HMDI cables and with games besides PUBG and The Division?

    Are you using an external hard drive with the console by chance and is it set as the recording storage?

    When would you say you started seeing this issue?

    Trimming Clips doesnt work properly in Windows 10 Xbox App

    I've had the trim feature cause a distorted image (on 2011 dell laptop on board GPU, 8GB RAM), or pauses/skips (2013 IMAC 8GB, running bootcamp/windows10). I have not had problems when I trim videos using the xbox one hardware + game dvr app.

    I have the same problem, I do not know what to do! The microphone works perfectly. And when you write the game, the sound is terrible !: (((
