Game DVR Clips have no sound or are out of Sync

Im a regular user of The Game DVR app on Xbox 1, however recently ive noticed that virtually all my clips I have recorded either do not have sound or the sound is at least 2 seconds out of sync when playing back the clip via Upload, ive tried several methods
to address the issue e.g "Hard Reset" by holding the power button for 10 seconds, uninstalling and reinstalling Upload Studio and even unplugging everything. As of now still the issues persist regardless of what game I play e.g. Far Cry 4, Walking Dead etc.
Any help would be greatly appreciated

Game DVR "record that" audio out of sync with the video.

Im having the exact same problem with Game DVR, every time I record a clip there is either no sound or the sound is out of sync when I play it back. I have tried the "hard reset" method by holding the power button for 10 secs, ive tried deleting and reinstalling
Upload Studio, and I have even unplugged everything, still no sound or sound sync issues with Game DVR. Please address this

 

Sound delay on Game DVR?

same problem here. when Im playing Unity the clips are ALWAYS out of sync with the sound. But my CoD AW clips sometimes are in sync, there's really no pattern it just comes and goes. I recorded 2 clips after one another, the first one was fine the second
one out of sync. The next day recorded two more the same way this time both out of sync.

I really can't see a fixed solution for it tried the ones mentioned above + some other stuff.

P.s before the november update I remember my clips had no sound at all. after the november update this happened, sound came on but out of sync (just saying, if it helps troubleshooting).

 

Mine is exactly the same 1st of all it was no sound so done all the master reset and reinstalling upload studio which worked until next time I turned xbox on so done it over and over now it's way out of sync its a complete nightmare which needs sorting out
doesn't happen on ps4 at all only xbox it needs fixing fast as its a pain!!

 

Same here everything is out of sync, the DVR sometimes would record with no sound but i found that leaving the xbox plugged in (i used to unplug it overnight) after i cleared the MAC address seems to have fixed that but still everything is out of sync, I'm
pretty sure this only started happening from the summer onwards but i might be wrong.

 

Yes it was since the summer update there's loads of people complaining about it all over the net surely they can fix it but it's been going on for so long now from what I'm reading you think it would have been fixed way before now! I've also read that it's
a bug causing it. All I know is it's a complete nightmare I save some good video of some one off kills and the video is out of sync or no sound. Come on microsoft sort it out!

 

I don't know if its related but if i unplug the xbox power brick and let the amber light go off then plug it back in the amber light comes on for a second then it goes white to signal the xbox is on, and the xbox does come on there is no light on the xbox
but i can hear its fan spinning, it stays on for a few seconds then turns back off and the power brick goes back to amber, I'm only curious if this is related because this is something else that didn't always happen and may have also stared in the summer plus
since not unplugging it the sound has always recorded.

 

So i have left the kinect unplugged since the last post and have noticed the sync seems alot better, it didn't seem better as soon as it was unplugged but after a day or so of recording clips everything now looks in sync.

 

out of sync again today so i guess removing kinect didn't help.

 

If there is anyone else with dvr sync problems make sure you talk to their support, that's what i have been doing.

 

Has it been resolved yet? I contacted Microsoft support about this and tried various things which included a factory reset, and it's still bloody doing it.

Such an annoying issue as I love making clips.

 

It has not been resolved and factory reset didn't work for me either.

 

Posting this will probably jinx me, but after having the same sync issue on every single recent clip (I believe it was at least 10 seconds off), a hard reset, including briefly unplugging the power brick, has resulted in my first clip post-reset being back
on track.

A fix for what's causing it in the first place would certainly be nice.

 

I have been recording videos of the game Life is Strange the last few days and all of them have no audio, why is this occurring?

 

I have just started running into playback problems myself. For months when watching the videos (smart glass) I've noticed some mismatch with the audio, but as of two days ago all videos I watch are playing at a fast forward speed with no audio. This is only
my recent videos, as my friends playback normally. The only thing that I can think of that I've been doing differently, is the amount of videos I've been capturing. It seems where now that I'm doing more capturing there's more problems. Is this a memory or
cache issue? Any thoughts?
