Game dvr. Choppy playback on smartglass

Discus and support Game dvr. Choppy playback on smartglass in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Hi. Recently had a go at recording on cod.     Game dvr. Choppy playback on smartglass


    Hi. Recently had a go at recording on cod. Played gameclip back on my mobile smartglass app. Playback is terrible. Any ideas??

    Have read another thread regarding this issue but no answer to problem. Plays fine on xb1. Plays choppy on my mob LG G2. Plays choppy on friends mobs, S3s S4 and S5. Strangely plays fine on my mrs mob S3. Have uninstalled/reinstalled, same prob.

    Even more strange clip plays BETTER on smartglass beta????? Still choppy but far better. Have good wifi speed so thats not problem, no problem with vid clips on anything else.

    Xbox One Game DVR issues - Fast/Jittery recording

    I have exactly the same problem, which seemed to happen after the last update. It no longer happens on my Xbox One, but DVR playback on Smartglass is unwatchable.

    I have a Samsung Galaxy S4.

    Choppy 3D Blu-ray playback

    The Hobbit 3D also had playback issues with choppy playback. Plus when I unticked the 24hz box in the bluray app settings I lost 3D playback and it went back to 2D.

    Hey Izzys6Dadsold,

    By any chance would you be using the your Mobile's network whilst trying to play the clips on a mobile device? It could be a bandwidth issue.

    Is it a USB 3.0 storage device or an older 2.0? If it's an older one then that would be the reason you're experiencing the choppy playback.
