    Game DVR Buttons/options are missing


    After the new update I did have the new layout of how to DVR but after a week or so the options for the DVR has vanished so I can no longer take captures of anything. This is a massive issue for me as I`m in the process of making a GTAV Movie. I need to
    get this fixed ASAP PLEASE HELP ANYONE?

    Game DVR not working no (Y) or (X) button

    Hey there GreenDragon080.

    It sounds like your son's Xbox One hasn't received the update if they see the option to press Y or X for Game DVR. With the new update, press the Xbox button once and then press the menu button to bring up the Game DVR app. All Game DVR abilities are now done
    through there. Let us know if you have any other questions with that.

    Xbox one missing options / issues.

    Is anybody having the same problem as me? The save option is missing when I want to save my game dvr only edit, play clip, delete and no option to turn on/off the record gameplay with game dvr in preferences. Tryed restoring to default settings and Tryed
    offline diagnostic tool still no joy.

    My xbox is missing the record gameplay with game dvr option. I still can record clips but there's no option to save the clips that option is gone to? Tryed restoring but no joy. Even got the latest update.

    Sadly, so far it is not possible to disable this button but a workaround that might help you is to disable the GAME DVR.

    To disable Xbox Game DVR on your Xbox One, hit the Xbox button and head to Settings. Joystick down to ‘Preferences, then select ‘Capture & share’. Toggle the first option, ‘Allow game captures’, from ‘Captures by me or games’ to ‘Don’t capture’ to disable Xbox Game DVR. Alternatively, you can toggle this option to ‘Captures by me’.

    Go to settings , go to game dvr,and you can untick the auto record game dvr box,you will find your "record that" will work hassle free.Bf4 once in the game,click boxes (old back button) to open battlelog and go on your friends names and you have the option
    to invite via the "x" button.

    Fortunately there is a hotkey to get this option when playing games:

    support-origin.xbox.com/.../upload-game-dvr

    "If you’re using the Kinect sensor, just say “Xbox, record that!”

    If you aren’t using the Kinect sensor, double-tap the Xbox button on your controller, and then press the X button."
