Game dvr audio lag

Hey there all I really need help, I'm trying to get my youtube ball rolling and I am using xbox one x to manually record up to an hour of footage to a hard drive and then upload it from the drive to YouTube, what I'm noticing is at the beginning of the clip
sound is perfect then as the video moves on more and more the audio is out of sync please help me I can't upload this!

Look, Game DVR records all or no audio. So it records ingame and (for instance) TeamSpeak audio.

Now I would like to know, is there a way to have the DVR record only the ingame sound, and no other sounds, so I don't hear TeamSpeak at my clips.

I did hear that you could do that with VoiceMeeter and OBS, but OBS makes my game lag.
