    Game downloads to only 80%


    I purchased a game for the 360. Black Ops 2. It only downloads to 80% then restarts the download. I have tried everything and can't get in touch with XBOX for assistance. What can I do? I have restarted the game, unplugged it, deleted the copy in progress,
    everything I could think of.

    Im sorry you have had this issue,

    It could be the folder itself with the save data but as you mentioned you cleared that.

    I wonder...

    Is your download from disc or digital? Perhaps the disc (if it is the disc) is faulty?

    Hard reset your xbox and clear the cache. You can also try a different installation device if you have a hdd around.

    yup, it does and vpn is off... tried 6 times in 2 days; followed all the steps from xbox support(deleted cache, restarted console, re-downloaded game from download history etc.), only difference is that now it gets to 80% in 2hours instead of 45mins-1h but
    it still is jumping after that and black screen comes up when I try to start game... Please anyone could help, this is getting really annoying now(?) thanks
