Game downloading stops at 1.01 GB

Please check first if you have enough space for the game installation on your hard drive. If you have enough space, please do the steps below one at a time to sort out the issue.

Solution 1: Do a power cycle to clear the cache of the console



1. Turn off the Xbox console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely.

2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.

Important Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

3. Plug the console power cable back in.

4, Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox console.

Solution 2: Try setting up manual DNS settings.

1. Please go to Settings > Network > Advanced Settings > DNS settings >> manual

2. Primary DNS: 208.67.222.222

3. Secondary DNS: 208.67.220.220

Solution 3; Please try setting up a mobile hotspot connection using your phone, then connect the console to the hotspot connection. Try downloading the game and see if it works.

I had to go to marketplace- add ons- SO and the mystery of the Mooil Rig- Install. It downloading now 1.01 GB

My Xbox is plugged to my modem, I got speed of 7.7MB download and 1.01 MB upload, my nat is open, so I doubt it's about speed.

Yes, I've been using an ethernet cable and I've been using a usb stick with 8 gbs on it, the game takes 6.2 gb to download and I clear everything on the stick. It doesn't make sense that it's starting to download and then stops.

When I download it they just stop at 5.14 GB
