Game downloaded by code won't play

I got a code for Fallout 3 that came with my copy of Fallout 4. My Xbox One says it's downloaded onto my console and that I own it, but it will not play. Whenever I try to start it up it gives me an error and says please insert disc.
It was downloaded digitally by code I don't have a disc. I have tried everything from uninstalling it multiple times to clearing my cache to hard reseting my entire Xbox One to factory setting. I've contacted Xbox support and they said they'd have it taken
care of within 24-48 hours it's been 74 and my issue has still not been resolved. The only thing I got in my email 3 days later was a survey for them.

Game code downloaded but won't play game

I got Star wars: Battlefront and installed it digitally. It said it was ready to start and it worked. Once it finished installing, it told me to put my disc in whenever I go to run it but I have no disc

i keep getting an error code and it won't let me play any of my downloaded games. Error code is 0x87e107df

 

Same here. I downloaded Fallout 3 that came with Fallout 4 and the was code was accepted. However the game won't load, displaying that if I own the game or no and I should insert the disc. The code that came with the message was Ox803f8001 but no matter
how much I try, the game won't load.

 

I used the code on a 360, and that went well.

Never tried on X1 though.
