Game download stuck

hey bud. large percentage of the time its a network issue. Sometimes its a scratched disc or sometime even our services are experiencing some issues and downloads stop. Here is some
troubleshooting (downloading issues)that should help with the issue and if you have any questions your more than welcome to post another thread.

Unfortunately, clearing the caches weren’t effective. I had previously already cleared the game cache but this was the first time the network card cache was cleared. Thanks for the reply and let me know if there’s anything I could’ve missed or if there’s
any other possible solutions.

Thanks for the reply. I have a stable network connection (both wired and wirless). The download starts out downloading fine but abduptly stops at a random precentage. I preformed a soft reset but it unforunately didnt have any effect on the downloads.
My xbox also doesnt have any new updates.

This usually happens when I run out of space. You could try clearing up some content, or if that's not helping doing a full reboot should clear issues.

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately, digital game downloads rely on 2 things: Network connectivity {signal strength} and Xbox Hard Drive.

I recommend trying to power cycle the console
and network hardware by unplugging them from the wall. After 5 minutes, connect the network hardware first and await for the normal connection and lights on the device. Lastly, connect the Xbox and turn on. Before downloading, try running a

Detailed Network Statistic test to review how much download/upload speed, latency, and packet loss.

If the issue persists, try contacting your internet service provider for more assistance with network connectivity and bandwidth allocation.
