    Game download restarting and acting weird


    Hello. I will start by saying that my internet connection is very slow. I am trying to install ark survival Evolved on my new pc. The download got to around 80% and then my computer crashed. Everything in the pc is still functioning perfectly, but now
    the update says i have 0 out of 23 gb installed whenever i turn it on when ark is 107 gb. Then once the 23 finish it switches back and says i have 48% of 107 gb installed when i originally had approximately 80% installed. Now it is saying that i currently
    have 16 gb installed out of 23 gb, but it says the download is at 16%. Please help...

    Are you in the pre view program? Not sure but you may just have to redownload the title. Last resort factory reset.

    Sounds like the download is trying to figure out where it left off. Have you done a full reboot on your PC to see if that clears up your issue? Are you using the Epic Launcher for Ark or Steam, Xbox launcher?

    when i installed windows onto my computer, i accidentally installed it to my hdd instead of my ssd. so i copied the files over to the ssd, but did not delete them from the hhd and i believe it was causing interference. i disconnected the sata cable from
    my hdd and it seems to have worked. thank you.
