Game download not showing?

No it is not asking to be reinstalled. I checked on the store and it states its owned and installed but it isnt showing in my installed or ready to be installed. I dont even have the option to uninstall it as it’s not showing. The recently installed shows
that i did install but its not in my games and when i click on the game from recently installed it says i need to download it. I have already attempted a power cycle as well.

You'd have to buy the game digitally in order to be able to play it. You can try seeing if Walmart will give you a refund, but since the disc has been opened, they may not.
